13u Spring Challenge Finalist
Elite would play a great tournament. They had some great pitching with 4 complete games thrown. Nick Marano, Chad Pike, James Bopp, Kyle Mckee where all stellar in the 4 games only allowing 8 runs. Unfortunately we ran into a very strong LI Breakers team in the finals who had already won 2 tournaments in 2012. In this final game Chad Pike was able to hold there powerful bats too 3 unearned runs that were scored in first inning. Unfortunately the elite would lose 3-1. Hats off to Breakers on there 3rd championship. During the weekend there was some great defense for the Elite by Ryan Gunn, Jay Zumpol and Mike Cenzaprano. Also Timely Hitting by James Sherry, and Big Nick Petty. But Coach Al Jr. was very happy with our play over the weekend the boys played great
Elite 2012
Elite Baseball is Proud To announce the new additions to elites 13u team for 2012. Chris Mckenna, and Jay Zumpol from Patchogue Medford also Ralph Lunati from Ronkonkoma and the addition of Jordan Lisco who played up last year with the 13u team but will be playing on age this year. Elite looks to continue to keep there winning ways with there team adding this talent. There also looking for big things from last years top players Nick Petty, Jake Russo, Chad Pike, James Bopp, James Sherry, Nick Marano, Ryan Gunn, Mike Cenzaprano. That solid core and the new additions Elite hopes to have a great spring.
