END OF SNOWFLAKE SEASON
As we approach our final games for this comming weekend we would like to thank everyone for participating in the 2009 Snowflake Season. We hope that everyone had a great time and enjoyed themselves.
We ask that if you are anticipating in returning to Elmjack for the 2010 Spring Season, that you take this opportunity to register early and guarantee your son/daughter a spot on a team. It is a 3 month wait before we open for the final registration.

Final championship games are posted. Managers contact your players and "Remember" if any player does not attend these games for whatever reason, they must call the clubhouse and inform a staff member so as not to get an automatic out.

"EARLY" 2010 Spring Season Registration

Our "FINAL" EARLY 2010 SPRING REGISTRATION date will be this Saturday November 7th until 2pm.
Remember that the first ones to register will be placed on teams until they are full. All others will be placed on a waiting list so don't wait until the last minute. Please call the clubhouse 718-932-6627 and leave a message or download a registration form, fill it out and mail it. Our mailing address is: PO Box 285, East Elmhurst, NY, 11370.
We are located at 78-01 19th Avenue in Jackson Heights just behind LaGuardia Airport. There is no guarantee when signing up late that you will make the "draft".
Managers and Coaches if you are planning to manage or coach next season please inform someone in the clubhouse to have your name listed.

2010 SPRING SEASON BASEBALL
DONATION FEES:
$115.00 included in this is a
NON REFUNDABLE $25 PROCESSING FEE
A $75 deposit is required at Registration.
PEE WEE: 5 – 6 yrs. Old
BANTAM: 7 – 8 yrs. Old
DIVISION II: 9 – 10 yrs. Old
DIVISION I: 11 – 12 yrs. Old
$120.00 included in this is a
NON REFUNDABLE $25 PROCESSING FEE
A $75 deposit is required at Registration
PONY: 13 – 14 yrs. Old
BABE RUTH: 15 – 18 yrs. Old.
The community service charge of $80 will be charged for this season.
A COPY OF BIRTH CERTIFICATE AT THE TIME OF REGISTRATION IS A MUST.
Even if you think there is one already on file PLEASE bring one in so that we can UPDATE our files.
