Fallston Alumni Summer League

Tomorrow's Ice is trying to establish a High School Alumni Summer League and has asked if Fallston Alumni would be interested in playing in this league. Games will begin on Wednesday, June 23, and will be played on Wednesday evenings through late August. Games will be played at Ice World and the rink in Reisterstown. Fees would be approximately $260 per player and that will include a game jersey. Please contact Ken Chaney or Ben Casole if interested. Fallston Wins MSHL State Co-Op Championship: Fallston 9, Northern 6
Fallston Varsity won the first-ever MSHL State Co-Op Championship last night at Laurel. They defeated the Northern team from Calvert County by a score of 9-6. Fallston scored first, midway through the first period and had a 4-2 lead after the 1st period of play. The score after the 2nd period was Fallston 7, Northern 5 - and Fallston scored again in the first 90 seconds of the 3rd period to make it Fallston 8, Northern 5. Kyle McKibben scored 5 goals to set a new reocrd for most goals in a championship game and scored 2 assists to tie the current record for most points in a championship game. Seven different players had either a goal or an assist in the victory. Congratulations to the team on their most impressive showing of the season and for their efforts to make this great winning season.

Kyle was selected 1st Team All-Conference for the Eastern Conference as a starting forward for this season. This selection was done by all of the coaches in the Eastern Conference - who acknowledged what a great talent and teammate Kyle is to the Fallston Program. There were only 3 forwards selected for this team. Kyle was also selected for the Senior Skills All-Star game which will be played at the Laurel Ice Gardens on March 5th at 6pm. Congratulations to Kyle on a great year and career with Fallston hockey !
