Mustangs Season Comes to an End
Mountain Crest won the 1st game vs Snow Canyon 3-0 behind a great pitching performance from Rhett Parkinson. Rhett struck out 11 hitters and only allowed one hit to keep the Mustangs alive in the state tournament. In the second game, Timpanogas won 3-2 to end the Mustangs season. Kody Parkinson threw a great game holding the Timberwolves to 3 runs, but the Mustangs could only score 2. Mountain Crest ends its season with a 22-6 recond.
Mustangs Move on With Two State Tourney Wins
MC beats Mountain View 13-4 and Pine View 12-7 to stay alive in the state tournament. They will now face the loser of Snow Canyon and Spanish Fork on Thursday at UVU.
Mustangs Bounce Back With a 8-7 Win Over Provo
Matt Lewis came up with a big 2 run double and saved two runs on a diving catch to help MC advance in the state tournament. Mountain Crest will now take on Mountain View on Monday at 4:30 at Kearns.
Mustangs Lose In the 1st Round of the State Tournament
The Olympus Titans traveled to The Yard and handed MC a 1st round lost 4-2. The Mustangs committed 5 errors and could not get anything going at the plate. The Mustangs will now take on Provo in the losers bracket.
The Mustangs Will Play Olympus in the 1st Round of the State Tournament

Another No No for Rhett Parkinson as the Mustangs Finish Up the Regular Season
Rhett throws a no hitter vs Sky View while striking out 8 hitters. The Mustangs won 8-0 to finish up the regular season with a 18-4 record. Taylor Root and Andrew Andersen each had two hits. MC will now take on Olympus in the first round of the state tournament.

Kody Parkison throws a no hitter in 5 innings while the MC offense explodes for 26 hits

MC Beats Ogden 10-0 on Senior Day
Tyler Christensen only allowed 1 hit as he faced 15 hitters in 5 innings of work. Tyler struck out 6. Kye Raymond and Jeff Schiffman each had a double to lead the Mustang offensive attack.

Mustangs Outscore Weber for a 13-9 Non Region Win
Kye Raymond hit a grqand slam in the 6th inning to put MC on top for good. Kye had 6 RBI's on the day. Trace Hansen was 3-4 with 2 doubles while Taylor Root and Rhett Parkinson each had two hits with a double for each of them.

Mustangs Bounce Back With a 10-0 Win Over Logan
Trace Hansen and Kelton Cronquist each hit a 2 run home run to pace the way for MC. Trace had 4 RBI's and Taylor Root had two hits. Kody Parkinson scattered 3 hits while striking out 5 to get the win on the mound for the Mustangs.

Box Elder Wins 3-2 to Take Season Series
Mountain Crest could only get 3 hits on the day with Jeff Schiffman having an 2 RBI single and Trace Hansen getting the other 2 hits.

MC Jumps on Box Elder Early for a 8-2 Win
Trace Hansen and Jeff Schiffman each homered to lead the Mustang hitting attack. Taylor Root had 3 hits and Kody Parkinson had a big 2 run single in the 1st inning. Rhett parkinson went the distance on the mound scattering 6 hits and striking out 10. With the win the Mustangs move into a 1st place tie with Box Elder and Bonneville.

Mustangs Beat Ogden 17-2
With 17 hits and 7 of those being doubles Mountain Crest dominated the Ogden Tigers 17-2. Tyler Christensen lead the way going 3-3 with a double. Kelton Cronquist had 2 doubles on the day.

MC Bounces Back to Beat Bonneville 9-0
Mountain Crest beats Bonneville 9-0 as Thyler Christensen scattered 4 hits and striking out 12. Trace Hansen, Kelton Cronquist, and Andrew Anderen each had two hits apiece to lead the Mustang hitting attack.

Mustangs Lose to Bonneville in 9 Innings
The Mustangs dropped a hard fought battle with the lakers in 9 innings. Matt Lewis had a good day going 2-3 with 2 doubles while Trace Hansen and Kody Parkinson had 2 singles each. Taylor Root came into pitch in the 5th inning holding the lakers to 1 run.

The Mustangs Get Back on the Winning Track with a 8-1 Win Over Logan
Kody Parkinson threw another gem allowing 1 earned run, striking out 5 and only walking 2. Taylor Root had a big day at the plate going 2-3 with 3 RBI's. Andrew Andersen and Jeff Schiffman had 2 hits a piece while Trace Hansen drove in 2 runs.

Box Elder Beats the Mustangs 5-4
Box Elder gave MC their 1st region lost. The Mustangs could not deliver the key hit stranding 12 baserunners. With the lost MC drops back into 2nd place.

Mustangs Out Last the Bobcats 4-2
Rhett Parkinson scattered 7 hits while striking out 10 to get the win on the mound. Taylor Root was 3-4 at the plate with 2 RBI's.

Mustangs Beat Roy 8-5 in a Non-Region Contest
TJ Smith gave up 2 hits and no runs in 5 innings to get the win for the Mustangs. Trace Hansen lead MC at the plate going 3-3 with a double, home run and 3 RBI'S. Jeff Schiffman, Kye Raymond, and Rhett Parkinson each had a double.
