All volunteer coaches (head coaches and all assistants) who would like to coach in the Moncks Corner Recreation Department youth sports program MUST be certified in Cardio Pulmonary Rescusitation (CPR) &  Automatic External Defibrillator (AED). The class will last approximately 2 hours. This is mandatory before you can coach, so please register now!! All fees are being paid for the Moncks Corner Recreation coaches. To sign up for the class, send an email to Becky Ellison at becky.ellison@monckscornersc.gov. Becky Ellison, Athletic Director, will coordinate date/time/place for the training. If you are already certified, you will need to show your certification card. All other coaches in the area are welcome but must pay the $5.00 per coach fee. NOTE:   Please sign up with Becky in advance so she can schedule you. The class will be held at the Moncks Corner Fire Department.

IF NOT USING RAINEDOUT.COM, the Moncks Corner Recreation Department has a Weather Hotline that Coaches, Parents, Players, Fans, etc. can call to check for any weather cancellations. This Hotline is updated daily, after 4:00 PM. If there are clouds in the area, be safe and call. There have been several examples of no rainfall in town, but heavy rainfall at the Youth Field Complex. The number is 843-719-7919. Other Department Hotline numbers after 4:00pm, are as follows:
