FINAL RESULTS for NBN Fall League 2008:
Congratulations to the Clippers on finishing in 1st Place in the NBN Fall League. The team reached the Semi-Finals in the End of Season Tourney!
We will take our usual break for the Holidays and get together to play in the few local tournaments which are offered in the Desert.

NBN Update: (10/11)
The Clippers went 2-0 this past Saturday vs. And1 and the Cheetahs.
The team is now 5-1 in this travel team league and will be the #1 or #2 Seed going into the playoffs which are set for Nov. 1st and 2nd.
After this next weekend (Oct.11th) we won't play again until Nov. 1st in the "End of the Winter League" NBN Tournament.
NBN Update: (10/5)
Congrats to the Clippers on going 1-1 on Saturday. Our loss came in a very exciting overtime game. We are now 3-1 in the NBN League.
NBN UPDATE: (9/27)
Clippers WIN both NBN games convincingly! We beat teams from LaVerne and Diamond Bar!!!
Great job to Terrence, Quinton, Zack, Nathan, Austin, Kamille, Steven and Brian!
Shootout Results:
In the Icemen "School Days" One day Shootout on Sunday, the Clippers played some of the top travel teams around and played each team tough, losing the last two in the final minute, including an unbelievable game against the Blue Crush where we lost by two but had a good shot at the buzzer to win it. Keep in mind, these other travel teams have kids coming from all over SoCal and charge good amounts of money to play on their teams. We are doing pretty well with our group. Keep up the good work!!
Results from the Icemen Shootout on Sept. 6:
After losing our 1st game and looking very sluggish we were looking at a second game against a team that was favored to beat us by 40. Amazingly, the Clippers came out and in an unbelievable upset BEAT the Citrus Hill Hawks!!!!! Great job: Quinton, Steven, Brian, Zack, Terrence, Kamille, Nathan and Austin.
That was as amazing as any win the Clippers have had in 6 years!!!
FYI: The 1st team we played, the Rebels, played the 2nd team, the Hawks, and who do you think won?..........The Rebels by 2. They won at the buzzer with.........a 3-pointer! Surprise, surprise....
