About UNITED Baseball:

We started LD United in 2008, as the first tournament/travel baseball program made up only of players from one school, Lower Dauphin.   Our goal was to build strong bonds among the players who live in one community and hoped to keep them playing together through High School and beyond.  In 2012, we became UNITED and opened the program up to players all over Central Pa.  We have grown from 1 team to 9, ages 8-14.
UNITED is dedicated to giving local players a more competitive level of baseball, while allowing them to improve their game and meet other local players.   Our coaches are committed to maintaining  a consistent learning environment for our players, as they progress through our program.   We are focused on removing the politics from baseball and teaching our youth to play with sportsmanship and discipline.   All of our players are required to conduct themselves in a respectful manner, on and off the field.   Every UNITED player is asked to complete a minimum of 13 hours of community service each year. Parents, Players and Coaches are required to sign and abide by our Codes of Conduct.  We strive to give our players every opportunity to improve their game, while never forgetting that Character Counts.

'The U' Academy:

UNITED Baseball and The U Academy Basketball are sponsored by 'The U' Academy, with our focus on the future successes of our local athletes.  Throughout the year, 'The U' runs our indoor facility, offering indoor practice and use of our batting cages and pitching mounds.  We rent space to other teams and hold various clinics for the betterment of our players and athletes outside of our association.  We work with three former professional baseball players who offer their knowledge and experience to our players and those outside of our program.

Meet our instructors:

Pitching: Johnathan Smith (Click here for bio), offers individual lessons and group instruction at 'The U' Academy.

Hitting: Billy White and Kellen Kulbacki offer individual lessons and group instruction at 'The U' Academy.
