Welcome to the 2009 VA Express Track and Field Program
A member of The Atlantic Coast Track League
Our program is being headed up by two East End Tiger football coaches who believe in the importance of combining football and Track & Field. Our goal is to incorporate a comprehensive track & field program for the youth of Eastern Henrico and surrounding areas. We believe that with the work of our administration, coaches, and most importantly our parents that true success is right around the corner. Come and join our team and enjoy a fun-filled spring and summer as a member of the VA Express Track and Field Club.
