REGISTRATION
For those who missed both registration dates, you can mail in your registration ASAP.
Print out the registration form and parent's code of conduct (from forms & hand outs at left).
Mail along with a copy of child's birth certificate and the following fees to the following addresses:
FOOTBALL: $200 ($150 registration + $50 raffle ticket fee)
(for 2nd football player, add $125)
