November 2, 2009 - 03:00 PM

Our objective is to provide a challenging multi-sport swimming training and conditioning program. The program is available to swimmers of all ages (middle school, high school, adults) who are able to endure a rigorous, high-school geared swim practice.

Practices will be held Mondays – Fridays from November 2 to 20th (3 weeks) 3pm to 530pm at the Wissahickon Middle School pool.

The program will be $25 for one week or $40 for the full three weeks. For liability reasons, you must also be a member of American Water Polo (“AWP”): $30 each for first two individuals in each family or $75 for a family registration. Please contact us if you are not already an AWP member. Click on the link to the right to access on-line registration.
