Core Training -- Fall Season 2008--Players Sign up NOW
The following is the plan for our fall training program for your baseball team, starting ~10/15 anf ending ~12/15. Max Performance will design and implement an entire baseball-specific routine that includes a dynamic warm-up, reactive/agility training, strength training, and conditioning. There will be two workout sessions per week for 8 weeks. The cost will be $15 per player per session, (price break from Max Performance normal $25 for this type of training). I am planning 8 weeks for this training program. We can work out which days and times later, but we would like to keep the days and times consistent throughout the training program. We will probably block off a couple of hours to stagger the number of players that are in the facility at a given time.
Though it is still a few months away, Max Performance would also appreciate an estimate of how many athletes will attend. Please use "Guestbook" (upper left of this page--provide name and yes you want to attend Max Performance, so I can put our numbers together. I would like to see as many players as possible to join, especially the returning varsity players.
This training will replace our weight training at WHS.

Diamond Club Membership Letters
Our Diamond Club membership letter (under Fund Raiser tab) requests businessses and individuals to join our club. Our members will have a plaque professionally designed and produced by "The Sign Center" and displayed at the baseball field concession stand area on our Diamond Club Membership Board.
Each player needs to attempt to sell one membership.
