City of Huntsville, Fern Bell recreation programmer. Joey is in charge of scheduling baseball activity at John Hunt. He coordinates events at John Hunt park with R. H. Coates during the Babe Ruth season.

Note: During the spring baseball season, the city allows Babe Ruth officials to schedule the practices and games for the teams involved in the league.
