Information and Scheduling Officer shall:

• Manage the Northwest Girls Softball website.

• Maintain communication policies that promote ASA (Amateur Softball Association) and its programs; oversees public relations and media interaction.

• Ensure that schedules and scores are updated on a daily basis when the season is active.

• Post important information on league activities and helps distribute important league information to all Board members via email.

• Distribute important league information to all Board members via email

• Schedule all practice and games for the season and ensure that schedules are posted on the league website.

• Work with ASA/permit holder to secure the use of fields for each season.
