Payment Policy

Surge Sports LLC payment policy is as follows: Deposits may be accepted for team events such as leagues and tournaments. Registration for all events is limited. Payment in full for all events is due 45 days prior to the start of the event.

Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express are accepted online and by phone.

Refund Policy

Surge Sports LLC requires all requests for refunds to be made in writing 30 days prior to the start of the event.

Tournament Cancellation Policy (Teams): A $325 non-refundable deposit is due upon registration. Any cancellations made will result in the loss of this deposit. There will be absolutely no refunds for cancellations within 30 days of the tournament start date. Final payment is due 45 days prior to the start of the tournament.

TOURNAMENT INCLEMENT WEATHER If rain comes into play, we will do everything we can do to stay close to the original game schedule. TURF fields will limit rain outs and delays. If we need to change the schedule because of the inclement weather, we will do our best to try to maintain the original tournament format schedule. All rain out games may not be made up depending on time constraints.

In case of scheduling changes it is the team’s responsibility, not the tournament committee, to make sure they are aware of the new schedule or any scheduling changes.This information will be posted at the complex when it becomes available as well as on our website.

TOURNAMENT REFUND POLICY- Weather Related

3 game minimum tournaments

Play 0 Games- 100% credit (no refund)

Play 1 game –70% credit (no refund)

Play 2 games – $100 credit only (no refund)

4 game minimum tournaments

Play 0 games- 100% credit (no refund)

Play 1 game –70% credit (no refund)

Play 2 games – 50% credit (no refund)

Play 3 games – $100 credit only (no refund)

By enrolling for a Surge Sports, LLC tournament, participant understands that he/she attending the programs and using Surge Sports, LLC approved fields and the facilities does so at his/her own risk. Surge Sports, LLC and its owners, employees or agents, shall not be liable for any damage whatsoever arising from any personal injury or property loss sustained by participant with his/her family in or on the premises. Participants and parents assume full responsibility for all injuries and damages which occur in or on the premises, he/she does hereby fully and forever release discharged hold harmless Surge Sports, LLC, all associated facilities and its owner, employees, and agents from any and all claims, demands, damages or rights of action, present or future resulting from any person’s participation in or use of the facility. In addition, he/she agree(s) to follow the rules of conduct and play set by Surge Sports, LLC. Failure to do so may result in suspension from participation. Consent: I the undersigned parent or guardian/participant do hereby grant authority to the staff at Surge Sports, LLC approved fields and facilities to render a judgment concerning medical assistance or hospital care in the event of an accident or illness during my absence. Surge Sports, LLC reserves the right to refuse any individual, team or organization from participating in an event at an approved field or facility if we feel it is not in the best interest of Surge Sports, LLC All players, participants, coaches, umpires and spectators of events at a Surge Sports, LLC tournament may be video and audio recorded for broadcast on the Internet or reproduction in the form of DVD's. I do hereby authorize Surge Sports, LLC and its assigns to utilize any and all photographs, pictures or other likeness of me or anyone assigned guardianship to me, as they deem appropriate in its promotional materials or team films.
