| To all black lightning Parents,
Please make sure you go to the make payment & online - forms tab on the main menu to download and print all competition forms. We are getting really close to December 1st., so please turn them in on or before our next practice which will be Nov. 29. Your child will not be able to compete at the dec. 1st. competition if these forms are not turned in. Please also make sure you turn in a birth certificate by that time if you have not already. ALso, please email me your email address so that throught the season I can make sure we stay connected and every parent is filled in on what's going on, including special practices, time changes, comp. times etc. Thanks in advance for your cooperation.
