| i would like to use this forum to announce to the bristol softball world the well deserving MVP'S of the finals and of the playoffs......
After a finals like that when your team hits .852 in the final game you can imagine that there are many deserving people but i have to chose only two! And although eric gibree hit 3, yes 3 grandslams in the final game and played some stellar defense, he has already solidified himself as the BEST in bristol with his triple crown and MVP award...so i didnt chose him :) Again, it could of went to anyone, the whole team hit over .600 in the finals...But, after further review the two most deserving people are.. (drum roll please!!!!) The finals MVP went a ridiculous 16-21 in the finals, with a ton of homeruns. He put our offense on his back while our best player (eric gibree) was hurting in the first few games and carried us to the end!!! So i say CONGRATULATIONS to the FINALS MVP #24 DANNY AMARAL, an MVP award well deserved boone!!!(fans screaming!!!). The playoff MVP is who i call the ultimate team player!!! This guy has no fear (no not you nick, sorry)!! Ask him to play anywhere he will do it!!! He is Grafton electric's MVP (minus myself of course )) Out of the heart and soul of our team, he is the soul!!!! Now, down to his play o n the field.... not only did he bat a whopping .620 for the whole playoffs. In the finals he was called upon to pitch against AFB for 2 games, not many people would even pitch against them from 2nd base, but this guy go's out there and gives us a chance to win!!! Then the last 3 games he go's and plays left field because our starting left fielder was hurt. he hadnt played left field all year!! The kid is solid and he is the soul of our team... so everyone please stand up and give this man an arousing ovation!!!!THE PLAYOFF MVP FOR 2008 is the one and only #3 MIKE LUTHER!!!! (the fans are going crazy)!! congratulations to my whole team for another amazing season, it truly is unbelievable!!!

| thanx mike and nick.Once again we played as a team and did all the little things right.I would like to comgratulate dunkin donuts for making the finals i know it was a long time coming.They have been in the league awhile and struggled i'm glad to see they didn't quit, good luck guys.
