ronnie is the training times changing again i was having a look at the calender and it jumps from 9am to 8am to 7.30am to 7am between now and march?

Mack, I have checked it from this end and it reads: 9.00am, 8.00PM (Saturday night), 9.00am, 9.00am, 9.30PM (Wednesday). The 7.30pm is a Committee meeting time but I don't no where you got the 7.00 am one from.
