| FYI-I just booked my hotel for Georgia and i was NOT charged at all to hold the room. So anyone holding back because you think you have to pay the $149 now to hold the room (like i did), this is not so. Their holding the room for us with just a credit card but not charging. Also if you have to cancel, as long as you do it 3 days inadvance (not by jan 5th) you wont be charged.

| FYI: if you guys booked under group code "ULTIMATE CHEER AND DANCE" you do have a January 5th cut-off date. I have the contract and all of our rooms will have a January 5th cut-off. Reservations does know and you will not be able to cancel your room after January 5th. If you wish to have the choice of canceling your room than do not book under the "ULTIMATE" code, but with the contract in my hand and our group code you will be billed and charged if you cancel your room after January 5th.

| FYI: I received word from Atlanta hotel and it is pasted below... whoever has made a reservation you will be charged today and final payment will be on January 5th.

The screen shot of what the reservations agents see is below. They will be charging all credit cards today and the last payment is due on January 5th.
Please inform all parents that have made reservations that their card will be charged within the next 24hours for the first nights room and tax which is $171.35.

| The parking charge last year was $24/day. A little steep, but it is ATL! Last year we just parked at the hotel and used MARTA and taxis to travel anywhere else so you don't have to pay additonal parking fees at other garages also.

| The Marta is a easy way around Atlanta and very clean!...I believe you can purchase a weekend pass and the station is right across the street from the hotel and takes you right to the competiton venue! If you fly to ATL you can take it directly from the Airport to the Hotel.....
