| Was just on braehead clan website and it says that they're having an open w/end this week to show fans the arena and ask questions..
if they're showing the arena does this mean the ice could possibly be down for a bit? any chance of getting a practice. altho if there is a chance of a practice I cant make it, just thought others would be up for it though.

| I doubt they'd have the ice down for that ... It only mentions being able to view the seating plan

| I went to The 'Clan' open day on Sat 12th June. Didn't really need the guided tour of the Arena..Ithink i know the place by now, but it was interesting to hear the speel given by the Clan, business manager, Kirsty Longmuir. She certainly talks the talk and if it is as good as she descibes then Ice Hockey at Braehead should be up for a good lift. Hope they get as many fans in as they do down south in Nottingham etc - see the 'Clan website video, www.braeheadclan.com .
At the moment, any ice schedule that was previously made up by Bruce Harley, for next season, has been binned and no new one has been produced yet, so I'll be negotiating hard for a Saturday morning slot when Scott Martin opens discussions.
