| HOLBROOK CFBL TEAMS played in 5 CHAMPIONSHIPS on Sunday and WON 2 of them!!
The HOLBROOK LIONS Won the 8U CFBL CHAMPIONSHIP with a 4-1 win over Berkeley
The HOLBROOK DIAMOND WIZARDS won the INTERMEDIATE AMERICAN 50/70 CHAMPIONSHIP 18 -1 over Barnegat with Cincinnatti Reds player, TODD FRAZIER cheering them on!!
The HOLBROOK HEAT lost a heartbreaker in the INTERMEDIATE NATIONAL 50/70 CHAMPIONSHIP 8-7 to Manchester.
The HOLBROOK FORCE lost a tough game in the Junior American Championship 7-2 that was a 1 run game until late. This team moved up from the JUNIOR NATIONAL Division that they were undefeated in and would have certainly won a Championship there had they stayed!!
The HOLBROOK HEAT lost the 9U CHAMPIONSHIP on Saturday in a real heartbreaker 7-6!!
Also on Saturday, the HOLBROOK HEAT SENIOR'S lost in the semi's 1-0 in a great pitchers duel in 9 innings!!
And the HOLBROOK MAJOR BULLDOGS also lost a one run heartbreaker 7-6 in the last inning of Saturday's semi-final.
And on Thursday of last week, the HOLBROOK HEAT 10U team lost their semi-final, 7-5!!
So Congratulations to all of our CFBL DISTRICT TEAMS!! A great display of quality baseball by all of our boys and teams!! WIN or Lose, we are very proud of all our teams!! Thank You's go out to the Coaches for their time and dedication and to the Parents and families for all of their support following our teams all over Ocean County!!
