TOPIC: Junior Baseball All-Stars Win Big in Berkeley!!! |

| Our Junior Baseball All-Star Team went to Berkeley last night prepared to win a ball game and spend the night if necessary!!
3 hours and 15 minutes, and an 18 - 9 victory later, the boys were able to end the night at the local Dairy Queen before it closed, and get back to Jackson before the sun came up!! Manager Jay Fern wore out the grass from the first base dugout to the mound as he gave 4 pitchers the chance to stop Berkeley from turning the game into sleepover. The offense was up to the task though, scoring 10 runs in the 3rd inning which "unofficially" may be the longest half-inning in the history of Little League. Next game for our Junior's is Thursday at Holbrook. Thank God we have a light curfew!! Go HOLBROOK!!
