| One week into a delayed season and still no schedule. Should be playing our third game of the season tomorrow but instead have only played one game last Saturday and have no idea if or when the next game will be played. The lack of communication only fuels the frustration as expressed by myself and others on this message board. Publish a schedule or at the very least communicate and set expectations.

| The balance of the Fall Major Schedule is in the hands of the managers and will be posted to the website as soon as the webmaster gets a chance.

| Tony, is this the complete schedule? This amounts to a 10 game season. Would have expected we would play 14-15 games.

| Event: Wednesday October 15th -
2015 Holbrook Board of Directors Elections
Time: 8PM (We will start at 8PM but will wait for all games to be complete before we do)
1) Each family that had a child play in the Spring or Fall Season is allowed 1 VOTE.
2) All of the families that attend will be signed in and verified, & given an Official Ballot.
3) Nominees will then be introduced and asked to say something on their own behalf.
4) The ballots will then be collected and the voting will remain open for a half hour after the collection starts.
5) When the voting closes, the ballots will be counted by the President, VP of Softball & the Secretary.
6) The new Board will then be announced and the Re-Organization Meeting will begin.
7) The new Board will nominate and elect the 2015 Executive Board, including President, Vice President of Operations, Vice President of Baseball, Vice President of Softball, Secretary & Treasurer.
8) No PROXY VOTES are allowed. If you need an absentee ballot, please contact Secretary John Lehmann at johnlehmann@att.net or President Tony Del Vecchio at adelvec354@aol.com
