| The 9yr old CFBL Holbrook Heat Team finished the regular season in 2nd place with a 5-2-1 record. In the Playoffs, they beat the 2 teams that beat them.....crushing the 1st place Barnegat Crushers 13-7 on Saturday and mercying the Beachwood Braves 13-0 in the CHAMPIONSHIP GAME on Sunday as Jayden Bonitz threw a 1-hit shutout for 4 2/3, and Tommy Mazzella closed it out to preserve the shutout!!! This team of 9yr olds, also only together since the spring as one of our Barnegat Tournament Teams, are now our second youngest CFBL CHAMPIONS: Kyle Bianchino, Jayden Bonitz, Zach Castillo, Gavin DeGregorio, Devin Donegan, Mike Eidel, Brendan Gallagher, Devin Garvey, Tom Mazzella, Andrew Oxx, Jacob Soto & Eric Valentin.
