I've been reading your board for awhile and have the same question you all do. Why is Hutslar sitting on the bench? That kid used to score 12-16 points a game then hit JV and never played again. Joe has taken a player that possibly could be contributing as many points as Hentrup and sat him his entire high school career. Anybody got any idea why? It makes no sense to me at all. He puts him in and the first mistake he makes he sits him the rest of the game. Other players make mistakes and he keeps them playing, as long as they're seniors it looks like to me. I don't know about you but I'm tired of having a losing Sibbitt team. As long as Joe is coaching that's what we'll have. Somebody needs to explain to him that just because you could shoot 3 pointers and play college ball doesn't make you a coach. He has ruined Paoli basketball.

i'm goin to take Joe's side in my statement and something I just thought of ok....picture us as a team who can shoot the 3 like Southridge or Brownstown from Last Year we wouldn't be arguing the only point i'm making what I said earlier came out of frustration and I also felt sorry for Joe because of how Brown's offense makes his look bad...anyway...on to the Hutsalr question my theory and it's only my opinion but I don't think he plays him to conteract what Kreigh does as in if someone cxomes to scout Kreigh the scouts would look at Garrett and also it's a factor that having Garret out of the lineup preserves those points for Kreigh.

Until next time

Quite a theory. I think it's more like he doesn't like big guys cause he's short... ha ha. If what you say is the reason it's pretty stupid to let your team lose all year to show off one player.

Mr. Shizzy,

THat is the dumbest thing I have ever heard in my entire life. To think that there are other people in the world (other than you) who are dumb and inconsiderate enough to do something like that. From what I've heard Hutslar doesn't know the plays well enough to play and he was not all that impressive last year in JV, atleast not enough to take colleges away from recruiting Hentrup. Atleast both of those guys are going to college. MOre than what we can say about you Shizz!

Until next time,
Jason

First of Jerky

Who are you?

Secondly I asked the question in a form as a scout if I was a scout and I seen a player like Hutslar I would think he could potentionally be something.

Andy why are you using my name?......does it raise your hormones ort something?

How could you tell by how much he played last year. Another thing "I heard" since you seem to like that is that they kept him at the same positions up until 8th grade then changed them. Looks like now they changed them back. No, he hasn't looked impressive since he started high school because he never plays but some of us remember what he was like when he did.

First of all to answer your question Shizz, I do like you and have a fetish with you and your nasty looking face! Your bad grammar really turns me on along with your extremly wise comments on the subject of Paoli basketball.

Meat,
I think Hutslar could be a good player. He is really lacking confidence it looks like. Every now and then we see a glimps of the good things he could do but he probably does deserve more of a chance to play. He doesn't use his size as well as he could and he is a liablity on defense but if coached about the proper positioning on the defensive end he could really cause problems for opposing teams. Hutslar just needs to get some confidence and he could be a key in the final run of the season.

Meat, you are correct in that all his career hutslar has been playing guard, until JV, they tried to make him a power forward. anyone who has watched garrett play knows he is a guard, and not a power forward, joe needs to quit trying to make him something he is not. also weikert is not a center,he is a power forward, now he more or less lost his sophmore season learning the 4 only to play backup 5 his junior year. maybe next year hutslar will be the backup 5, and weikert the backup 3, ha ha. i for one find it funny that 19 games into the season joe still hasn't got his rotation down.he just subs due to fouls. thats the only way a few of the players get any playtime at all. with sectional coming up i wonder if joe is going to swallow his pride and start coaching to win the thing this year. we have players plaing tired becouse of the subbing, or lack of, we have players handling the ball in the fourth quarter, that shouldn't even be in there in the fourth quarter.if we are shooting bad our best rebounders sit on the bench, and it's clear this team has little offense, and we don't play our best defensive players.the sibbitt era will not be forgotten for a long time. but also i would like to say that 5 or so years joe may become a very good coach, it's just that paoli can't waite.
ps: good job lady rams on a great year it's great to see the brown system is still working, in the lady rams,at orleans, and at perry central.

Well My great question is why they put Camron Andry in the game when he can't shoot! If I were the coach i'd put harris in istead of him....at least he makes most of the shots he shoots. The last two games I've been to...Camron hasn't made a single shot....is it me or is he in the game because of his last name??

Lou, ANDRY IS ONE OF THE ONLY TEAM LEADERS WE HAVE! HE IS ALWAYS SUPPORTIVE OF THE OTHER PLAYERS, AND HE IS ALSO ONE OF THE FEW TEAM PLAYERS WE HAVE, HE IS THE BEST PASSER WE HAVE, AS FAR AS HIS MOM BEING A TEACHER ,SHE IS, BUT SHE WASN'T BACK WHEN HE WAS WORKING ON HIS GAME COMING UP IN THE PROGRAM.
NOW IS NOT THE TIME TO PUT DOWN THE PLAYERS, THEY HAVE ENOUGH TO WORRY ABOUT WITH THE HAND THEY HAVE BEEN DELT.NEXT GAME WATCH ANDRY WHEN HE IS NOT SHOOTING, ALL THE LITTLE THINGS HE DOES, I'LL BET YOU'LL BE SURPRISED TO SEE THE THINGS HE DOES ON OFFENSE AND DEFENSE THAT DON'T GO IN THE STATS.

Well, I havn't seen him pass well either.....but all I am saying is that some of the other good players need to be out on the court too! Cause, they Always well to put camron in.....so look at it from others points of view...he can't shoot very well. He may be a good passer but you also need to at least make a ball every once in a great while.

I am sorry to say that you must not watch the games to closely. At PC Andry had 5 turnovers in a matter of about 5 minutes of playing time. That equals a turnover a minute which usually results into points for the other team.

From reading many of these posting half of you guys have no idea what it takes to be a good player and live in a totally different world than most basketball fans that understand the game.

Hutslar- He needs to be playing in front of Andry and let him make the same mistakes because he will be back next year. Andry and the seniors have made their share of mistakes and need to look to the future of paoli basketball.

sorry for the honesty

I agree that Hustlar needs more playing time because he is a player who will be back next year and in my opinion he will be a very very important part of the Rams team next year. I wish that he was playing more now but that is not the case. I just hope that he doesn't get frustrated and will stick with it and continue to get better over the summer and who knows maybe we will really make some big plays come tournament time. About Andry, he does struggle sometimes from the field although for the most part he has knocked down his open shots thus far. He is second on the team in assists and he does not have that many TOs. He did not play well Friday night at Perry but I think he came out the second half of that game and played much better. He had 3 or 4 good feeds inside for buckets and had a knock away that led to Hentrups layup that tied it up in the 3rd. Hoopsfan, you're right when you say Andry does a lot of things that don't show up on the stat sheet. I think he is a very solid passer and defender and he is a leader on the court. I hope all the guys are ready to make a run at the sectional.

In response to Johnny, yeah Hutslar seems to lack confidence but I think it's because of the coaching he's had since he hit Sibbitt Camp. He sure seemed to have it before. He was the GO TO man. Probably takes a little of your confidence away when you sit the bench all the time... dont cha think?
