Huskies Walkoff Kernels The Huskies were back home Wednesday night to take on the Kernels for the second time this season. Cokato jumped out to a 4-0 lead after 2 and 1/2 innings. Hutchinson managed to to scratch a run across in the bottom of the 3rd. Sam Starke pitched 6.1 innings of scoreless baseball in relief of KK Starrett. The Huskies offense struggled against Steve Schmitt until the 9th. Hutch loaded the bases in the 9th after a hit batter, a walk and an error. Marcus Hahn stepped to the plate and blasted the first pitch over the left field fence for a walkoff grandslam. The win kept the Huskies tied for first place in the Norhstar League.
