Huskies fall in Buffalo
With the Northstar League title on the line, the Huskies came up short against the Bulldogs. Hutch took a brief 1-0 after Adam Katzenmeyer drove in Zach Kuseske during the 2nd inning. The Huskies had a few more chances in later innings, but couldn't put things together. Buffalo answered in the 2nd and added another in the 3rd. They scored twice in the 4th to extend the lead to 4-1. Evan Soeffker went the distance for the Bulldogs striking out 10 hitters. Zach Kuseske took the loss, throwing 4 innings. The Huskies finish in 3rd place after tie breakers and will be the 3rd seed in Region 12 C.
