Huskies win, stay alive in Region 12 C play
The Huskies bounced back for a win on Sunday to keep their season alive with an 8-1 victory over Dassel-Cokato. Hutchinson pounced in the 2nd inning, scoring 4 runs. Jake Wendland led off with a double, then scored Tyler Schiller's single. Marcus Hahn and Zach Kuseske each singled and both scored later. Lane Glaser picked up 2 RBI with a double in the 7th inning. Jayden Fleck threw 6 innings in relief of Kuseske to get the victory, allowing just one run. The Huskies will play Loretto on Friday night for a chance at returning to the state tournament.
