That is a pretty good start heading into next season, D1 of course! With that being said I challenge all Head Coaches to be open minded on all phases with game preparation and communicating with players. I dare all Assist Coaches to up-lift the Head Coach and present innovated ideas daily and weekly. We all have to support one another, wheather you like it or not, THE KIDS IN OUR PROGRAM ARE LISTENING AND WATCHING. It does have an impact on the next years Coaching staff. I gotta say, he did an excellent job and really made his father and I proud. We are all looking forward to football season this year.
