Any additions/deletions call ups must be added to this roster at least 24 hours before your next kick off time and again printed out and e-mailed to the same address

Use this game sheet for each game. Away team to fill out first then hand game sheet and referee fee ($15) to home team to fill out their side of the form. Home team to give the single game sheet and the total referee fee ($30) to either the AISL volunteer or the referee.
