Take Marina Vista Vista Rd. Exit 56, toward Waterfront Rd.
Turn Left onto Marina Vista Ave.
Turn Left on Shell Ave.
Shell Ave becomes D St.
Turn Left on Alhambra Ave.
Turn Right on F St to get to gym.
From I-880 N:
Merge onto I-980 E Exit 42A toward CA-24/Walnut Creek
I-980 becomes CA-24 E
Merge onto I-680 N Exit 15B towards Sacramento/Concord.
Follow Directions from I-680 N.
From I-680 N:
Take CA-E Exit 53 toward CA-4
Keep left to take Ramp to CA-4 W and Merge onto CA-4 W towards Martinez/Richmond.
Follow Directions below from CA-4 W.
From CA-4 W:
Turn Right onto Alhambra Ave.
Turn Left onto F St. to get to gym
