The online service charges a nominal fee (less than CA state tax) to cover credit card transaction fees and for the operation of their website. This fee is added to the ELL registration fee.

Evergreen Little League is a NON-PROFIT organization. We accept TAX DEDUCTIBLE DONATIONS from Players, and Sponsors. Proceeds are used to improve the fields and facilities that we share with local schools and is a "win-win" for our organization and the community.

Every player will receive a uniform (Shirt and Hat) and a team photo. In addition, the league will use fees to provide, insurance, equipment, balls, fields, manager training, District and Tournament Fees, All Stars, Awards, Charter Fees, Communication, etc.

 Refund Policy:

What happens if I register online and later find out that I am not eligible or able to play?

Players must first check their address to be sure they are within our boundaries BEFORE they register.We will refund ELL fees but NOT the transaction fees if you do not live within our boundary.

NEW: Please use the league finder (and type in your address) to see if you reside within our boundaries.

Players who decide to quit will receive refunds on the following basis:

  • Quit prior to Opening Day - refund will be 80% of ELL's fees.
  • Quit after Opening Day refund will be 50% of ELL's fees.
  • Quit after first half of game schedule played - no refund.Online transaction fees are non-refundable.
  • If the league cannot place your child on a team, you will receive a 100% refund.

  • Regardless of which way you register you MUST bring to one of our In-Person Registrations:

  • Original Birth Certificate or Passport (If you bring the original  and a copy it will save some time) or other acceptable documents.

  • Proof of Residency

  • $150 Volunteer Deposit Check (We will destroy volunteer deposit check upon completion of 12 hours of league service).
  • Register ONLINE preferred

  • May register in person

  • No Need to bring Birth Certificate or Proof of address
