ALL CHEERLEADERS MUST ARRIVE BY THEIR ARRIVAL TIME.  IF YOU ARE LATE YOU MAY MISS WARM UPS (Warm ups start for teams 10 to 15 minutes after the ARRIVAL TIME).  ANY CHEERLEADER THAT MISSES WARM UP WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO TAKE THE FLOOR AND COMPETE THAT DAY. All directions to the competitions can be found on the directions page in the main menu on the web site, www.leaguelineup.com/lvjcheer.  All Competition Directions are labeled COMPETITION.

All Cheerleaders will enter all competitions through the cheerleader entrance.  ALL Cheerleaders are to arrive at competition in full uniform with their sneakers on and their hair done.  For November Competitions the girls wear their BLACK/TEAL/WHITE CHEER BOW.  DO NOT SEND YOUR DAUGHTER TO COMPETITION WITH ANYTHING but themselves and their uniform on their body (no bags, pocketbooks, jackets, pants, cell phones, food, etc...).  DO NOT PUT BOOTIES OR COVERS OVER THEIR SNEAKERS.  THIS IS A SAFETY HAZARD. The girls may bring a DISPOSABLE water bottle with them.  The team moms will also have water bottles and snack for the girls for after they perform.

Once you drop the girls off to us at the cheerleader entrance, they are with us. You can't bring them food into the stands and they can't come out and get food from you.  You can't come over to the cheerleader stands and you can't take them from the cheerleader stands for any reason.  We are aware that some of the other leagues do not have this rule and they allow the kids and parents to come and go as they please and it is very disruptive to all of those around them and it is very unsafe. The safety of your children is our main concern and if they are all over place or we have parents coming and going from the stands, their safety is compromised.

VERY IMPORTANT...  PLEASE DO NOT BRING ANY LOUD, DISTRACTING NOISE MAKERS!  They are a huge, dangerous distraction to the team on the mat.

Spectator Information for all Competitions:

The gym will be cleared out between each session.  Please DO NOT fight with the volunteers clearing the gym.  If you are staying for more than 1 session please take all your belongs with you, exit the gym and reenter when they allow you to do so.  They must clear everyone out and clean before they can let the next session in. 

Spectator Entry Fees:

Just 1 Session:

1 Session - $10 Adult, $5 Child

Attending MORE than 1 Session:

2 Sessions - $15 Adult, $8 Child

All Day Admission (3 or 4 Sessions) - $20 Adult, $10 Child
