Pennsylvania law requires that anyone who wants to volunteer for a youth organization must complete the following background reports:  PA Criminal History, Child Welfare/Abuse History, and for those living in PA for less than 10 years as of July 2018, the Fingerprint report.  We cannot accept volunteers without these reports.  You can begin the background check process by clicking on the "Links" page located on the home page of our website.  The following links will appear:

1) The PA Access to Criminal History

2)  Child Abuse History

3)  Fingerprint report

Once you have completed the PA Access to Criminal History, you will need to print or email the report and submit to the league secretary.  You will complete the Child Abuse History online, but a report will be mailed to you.  This typically takes just a few days.  Please submit the report to the league secretary once you have received it.  

For anyone living in PA less than 10 years as of July 2018: You must pre-register for the fingerprint check.  Once you have done this, you will select a location to have your prints taken.  A report will be mailed to you within a week or so.  You will need to submit this to the league secretary as well.
