Please acknowledge that there is ABSOLUTELY NO excuse for missing any GS Surge events for another team or organization. If this occurs, the player will receive a consequence of sitting AT LEAST one game in the upcoming tournament. If missing Surge events continue throughout the season, the coaches have the right to consider and enforce dismissal from the team. If a player is planning to miss a Surge event for something other than another team such as a family emergency or vacation, please understand that the coaches need a 2 week notice so they can prepare accordingly. The right to enforce and discuss dismissal from the team also applies to any player of parent being disruptive or abusive to other players, parents or coaches.

If a player commits to the team, THERE WILL BE ABSOLUTELY NO REFUNDS. PLEASE UNDERSTAND THAT IF THE PAYMENT IS NOT PAID IN FULL AND YOU HAVE CHOSEN TO LEAVE OR HAVE BEEN ASKED TO LEAVE THE TEAM, THE FULL PAYMENT IS STILL OWED. All monies MUST be paid in full by the opening tournament. If monies are NOT fully paid by the opening tournament, the player will not be able to participate until the balance owed has been satisfied. ALL CHECKS MUST BE MADE OUT TO CASH OR JARED VEREBEY. 

Please understand that if there are any concerns about playing time, positions, or any other concern, we the coaches are always available to discuss. We expect the players and parents to be respectful and communicate directly with the coaches INDEPENDANT of the rest of the team. We also expect any discussions to not take place during a tournament as this can disruptive to the team. We ask to please contact the coaches 2 days BEFORE or 2 days AFTER the tournament. This will be our 48 HOUR POLICY that must be abided. 

Please understand that being on our team is giving the allowance of your sons photo during games to be used throughout the season. In addition, photos of your son may be posted on to the GS Surge social media pages at any point during the season unless requested not to.
