So what is street hockey? A no-contact, no skating, stripped down version of ice and roller hockey...that's the short answer. Wildly popular across the continental U.S., Canada and parts of Europe, street hockey requires only a stick and a ball in the way of equipment, but it also takes players... that's where you come in. We're aiming to bring the game here and we're looking for you: stay-at-home moms, college slackers, armchair athletes, white collar pros and blue collar joes, we're game. Male or female, no experience necessary. We play for FREE at area tennis courts; we have the ball, the goalie, the net...we need you to help us bring the game to the Valley, a game that's rising in the South in cities like Raleigh and Atlanta.
