Royals shut out Braves to Win 2022 Championship

   

The defending champion BRAVES watched the game slip away early and couldn't recover in a 5-0 loss to the Royals on Sunday.  The Royals scored on a 2 RBI single by Chaz Chambers in the first inning, a RBI single by Brian Fox in the first inning, and a 2 RBI single by Ricky Habel in the second inning. One bright spot for the BRAVES was a single by Justin Price in the first inning.

Corey Miller earned the victory on the mound for the Royals. Miller went four innings, allowing zero runs on three hits, striking out five and walking one. Habel and Jason Lohr entered the game out of the bullpen and helped to close out the game in relief.
 
Chris Archambault took the loss for the BRAVES. The lefty allowed five hits and five runs over two innings. Price, Jared Bourgeois, Archambault, and Brad Markle all had one hit to lead the BRAVES.
Royals didn't commit a single error in the field. Collision had one chance in the field, the most on the team.

Braves are Back-to-Back Champions!

 

    

Congratutions to the 2021 YCIBL Champion Braves on winning their second straight league championship over the Nationals.  The Braves pitcher combined for a 1 hit shut out.

On Sunday March 14th, 21st, 28th we will have open league pick up BP/Fielding practice to all players starting at 12pm.  All are welcome to attend.

Braves win Championship!

 

Braves win a nail biter 9-8 over the Colt 45's at York Revolution Stadium.

 

 


Championship Weekend at Rev's Stadium

In the semi-finals weekend we had the Cardinals jump out to 9-1 lead only to see the Braves storm back to a 12-9 win and advance to the championship game. The Colt 45's also notched a come from behind win over the Orioles and will face the Braves this Sunday.

We've secured the York Revolution Stadium to host the championship game where the Braves and Colt 45's will play at 11:00AM Sunday July, 26. Good luck to both teams! The championship game will be open to spectators (max 250) if you'd like to come watch!
