2022 SEASON REGISTRATION WILL START 

Sign-ups are held @Morgan Park (off of Ramona Blvd.) from 10:00am-12:00pm.  

Items required at time of Registration:

-$50.00 Non-refundable deposit

-Adress Verification

-Original Birth Certificate

-Report Card (End of the 2018-2019 school year) Report cards can be turned in in at our June registration dates. 

*All participants are required to have a Physical dated after May 1, 2022. Physical forms are available at registration.
