Important Information

• Players are required to verify weight and have a physical before practice starts.  
• Before the season starts please be sure you have turned in the following information for your player/cheerleader:
• Small wallet size photo
• COPY of their birth certificate
• COPY of their report card
• Season registration fee

All coaches will be "Heads Up" Certified.
