Concession Stand Volunteer Sign-Up

Hello Clarence Baseball Families,

We are looking forward to an exciting baseball season. Your volunteer time at the concession stand is much appreciated. If you haven't already, please take a minute to read over the concession stand policy.

We're using SignUp.com (the leading online SignUp and reminder tool) to organize our upcoming SignUps.

Here's how it works in 3 easy steps:

2) Review the options listed and choose the spot(s) you like.

3) Include your name (participant) AND your child's name. Your child's name may be typed in the comment section.

Signup for Baseball Text Alerts

Our communication method for rainouts or schedule changes is by text alerts. TCBA is encouraging you to sign up for Text Alerts, so that you can keep up with important messages from Clarence Baseball.

Along with field conditions, you can also be notified when your next game is scheduled to be played. When you sign up, you can designate what league and teams you would like to hear from, and you will receive an email reminder, a minimum of 24 hours in advance of your next game.

It's a simple process to sign up. You can use the link on the website. You can either "create account" or "sign in" and change your preferences at any time. Go to: "Manage Phones", to list any phone numbers that you would like to receive texts, and "Text Alerts" to designate which texts you want to receive. "Schedule Reminders" is what you would use for your specific team schedule reminders.

Possible registration problems: Try a different browser....If Chrome doesn't work, try Microsoft Edge or Safari.

If you use Spectrum Mobile as your cellular provider, choose Verizon as your choice.

When you receive alerts, you will receive two of them with the same information, This is beyond our control, and is part of the league-lineup service.

This will only be used for important notifications and you always have the option to stop receiving notifications at any time.

Typically, information concerning playing conditions at fields will NOT be posted on the website. If we are fortunate enough to obtain information in advance that may be helpful, we will update the site. We advise you to register to “Signup for Alerts” on the website and we will text you if we have any weather-related news.
