Expectations of RYBA Board Members:
1) RYBA Board Members, with the exception of At-Large Board Members, have role specific duties.
2) Board Members are expected to attend monthly Board Meetings. Recognizing that there will be occasional conflicts, the Board has mutually agreed the 80% attendance is the standard for acceptable attendance for each member.
3) Each Board Member is expected to serve in a leadership position in one of RYBA's recurring annual events.
