Phil Ball died in April 2018. Phil had been a player-manager in the SJMSBL since 1994. He managed the Angels for 21 years. From 2010- 2018, Phil was integral to the Rangers organization. Phil had many deeply seeded friendships in the SJMSBL. Generous, Loyal, intelligent & unique scratched the surface of who Phil was. He is missed by many but will not be forgotten by the SJMSBL. The 45 Division will Forever be named The Phil Ball 45+ Division. Rest in Peace, my friend

A doubleheader would be scheduled if one game rained out on August 6th. Better Seed Team will Host a Doubleheader on Sunday, August 11th. Better Seed hosts, Game 1 of DH Weaker seed is Home Team. Game #2: Better Seed is Home Team. Both Games are 7 Innings.
If Both games were rained out on August 4 Better Seed Team will Host a (9) inning (winner take all) Sunday, August 11th. Better Seed hosts & is the home team.
If the Games are rained out on August 4 and 11th, the semi-final will be a (9) inning (winner take all). The Better Seed Team will Host and be the home team on Sunday, August 20.
The Championship will also be a one-game, (9) inning (winner take all) Better Seed Team will Host & be the home team on Sunday, August 27.
Contingency: If one game is rained out (aug20th). A Doubleheader is scheduled for August 27.
