- March meeting, final team counts, and softball orders/payment due March 9th - this meeting is in person.
- Roster submission deadline March 16th
- Spring scheduling meeting March 23rd, location TBA
- Spring season opens for 14U, 12U, 10U on April 7
- Spring season opens for 8U and 6U on April 13, and last date for 14U/12U/10U roster changes
- Last day for 8U and 6U roster changes is April 19
- Last day for regular season games to be recorded for playoff standing - May 23
- Playoffs May 27 - June 6

Also, the 2025 USA Softball Rule book is online and available for download. Look under Handouts! (USA Softball will not be issuing print copies)

- Please contact Scott (text preferred) at least 2 HOURS before game start time if game will be postponed due to weather/field conditions
- Please contact Scott (text preferred) at least 24 HOURS before game start time if game will be cancelled for any other reason
- DO NOT contact for rescheduled games
Reporting scores to ESFPL
10U, 12U and 14U game scores are to be reported.
6U and 8U – no need to report as wins/losses are not recorded
1. HOME team is responsible to report game scores
2. Scores should be reported within 24 hours of game conclusion

Please note: Any association with more than one team at any level should spell out the team number. Only use 0-9 numbers for the score.
