2025 ESFPL Meeting Schedule 

• Special purpose business meeting on Teams 2/23.
• March meeting, final team counts, and softball orders/payment due March 9th - this meeting is in person.
• Roster submission deadline March 16th
• Spring scheduling meeting March 23rd, location TBA
• Spring season opens for 14U, 12U, 10U on April 7
• Spring season opens for 8U and 6U on April 13, and last date for 14U/12U/10U roster changes
• Last day for 8U and 6U roster changes is April 19
• Last day for regular season games to be recorded for playoff standing - May 23
• Playoffs May 27 - June 6

The 2025 By-Laws and Rule Book are posted under Forms, then choose Handouts. Please download and print for all your coaches.

Also, the 2025 USA Softball Rule book is online and available for download. Look under Handouts! (USA Softball will not be issuing print copies)

Contact the ESFPL President for general concerns and any grievances not related to Susquehanna softball teams.

Commissioner responsibilities will be split between board members based on age level of teams involved. Thank you for your patience and understanding!

Reporting scores to ESFPL

10U, 12U and 14U game scores are to be reported.

6U and 8U – no need to report as wins/losses are not recorded

1. HOME team is responsible to report game scores

2. Scores should be reported within 24 hours of game conclusion
