Players must wear the following for the entire first week of practice:
* Helmet with chin strap purchased by their parent
* Unaltered spirt pack (Dry fit shirt & shorts)
* Cleats (must have rubber mods at the bottom no metal spikes)
* Mouth piece attached to the helmet
* Bring a lot of water
