2024 LGSG Registration & Volunteer Form This form allows one player to register and provide contact and parent/guardian information. To register another player in the same household & under same guardianship, hit "Add Another". Every year we need volunteers to keep cost down. We need parents of every player to volunteer to work in the concession stand or clean up around the fields twice per player registered. So, if you have 1 child playing you need to volunteer for 2 days, if you have 2 players you need to volunteer for 4 days & so on. |
