| NO a fan cannot tear down an engine on any stock car. It has to be a driver its in the rules.

| Common sense, if a fan gives a driver a 100.00 to tear down someone, and they have something illegal in their car, why would they take the chance themselves, because if I were going to tear down someone, I would expect that they would do the same thing.

| Seems like alot of back peddling on this one.Your not going to get a driver to protest another driver in Super Stock.He better have a very legal car if he does because if you open up that box Berns going to be one busy person.This crap about put the $100 up or shut up,you got to be joking.It just takes one little thing to be wrong to fail an inspection.When I see a driver get on here and talk about how legal there are I get a chuckle and then you get 4 or 5 of them on here backing him up like they no everything he's got done with the car,another chuckle.
