| COULD SOMEONE PLEASE IF THEY KNOW ADVISE ME WHO IS THE GOVERNING BODY ABOVE AVONDALE SPEEDWAY AND NSCA - I HAVE ASKED FOUR TIMES NOW ON THE GUESTBOOK HOWEVER MY MESSAGE KEPS GETTING REMOVED - WHICH ONLY LEADS ME TO BELIEVE THAT I HAVE A POINT AND THAT MR. HICKEY HAS TO ANSWER TO SOMEONE. ANYONEE KNOW???????PLEASE ADVISE.

| She is so upset because of the lack of organization at Avondale Speedway. We know its not Nascar or anything but does that mean that things don't have to operate right? If there aren't enough people working there to see everything than they should hire more. WAY TO GO DEAN MARTIN!!! For sticking up for yourself, you do have that right!!!!

CARS ARE NOT SAFE, NOT INSPECTED, DRIVERS MOVE FROM CAR TO CAR, DIVISION TO DIVISION, AND SOME PEOPLE ARE GIVEN PREFENTIAL TREATMENT. THE RULES ARE THE RULES IT SHOULD NOT MATTER WHICH DRIVER OR NUMBER YOU ARE. ALL I WANT TO KNOW IS WHO IS ABOVE OF NSCA. WHY IS THAT SUCH A BIG DEAL??? BERN DON'T CARE ABOUT SAFETY OR BEING FAIR AS LONG AS THE MONEY ROLLS IN. CERTAIN PROTOCALL MUST BE FOLLOWED IT IS EVERY WHERE ELSE WHY IS AVONDALE DIFFERENT??? And it is true that he just want's the money to roll in! every thing is above $5.00 it is $8.00 to get a pit pas like it could at least be $5.00 or sumthing like that instead of 8.00 and 10.00!!! | Excuse me, but the lady is not making accusations she is just asking a question or stating a fact. Whats wrong does the question strike a nerve with you! She is not just a fan her husband is a driver so not only does she pay for her family to get in every week, they spend money for maintatining his stock car. So if she is dishing out all this money I do believe she has a right to ask what she likes. And as for profanity you haven't heard anything yet....

| I wouldn't expect to get an answer. As a matter of fact, I pointed out some safety concerns that I have about the track and some suggestions before someone gets hurt or the Speedway gets shut down and of course it all mysteriously disappeared off the site! I look forward to the races every Sunday and I wouldn't want to see it shut down but if they don't clamp down on things someone is going to be seriously hurt and they will be shut down!

| Every time someone tries to make a point on here it gets all the people fired up and still nothing accomplished. I don't want to drive, don't want to stir up shit, not worried about black flags if they are deserved. The point is the rules as stated in the Rule Book are not ALWAYS followed. The RULES are the RULES always - they should not change or vary from Sunday to Sunday. Could some please just answer my question - "WHO is above of NSCA?" That's all I want to know.

| The head of the NSCA is BERN HICKEY!!! He has taken pictures from my Daughters web site that she had taken with her own Digital Camera and is selling them in the Canteen and also she put them on her web site and he has direct linked some to Avondale Speedway site. When she asked him he told her he is the headof NSCA and he own the rites to anything such as Pictures,ETC!!!

| NSCA is not a registed association.you can do a google search and find nothing.it is a name that is made up to tell the difference from berns rules than other tracks rules.there is no NSCA there is only bern hickey.it stops the finger point at him when you can have the finger pointing at something that is not there.it keeps people looking and finding nothing.hope you read this kim before it is deleted.

| The question had nothing to do the wives, girlfrieds, etc. I asked the question as a race fan. I got the answer, Bern ansers to NO ONE HE MAKES IT UP AS HE SEES FIT. He has the Newfoundland Stock Car Association - which is nothing it IS NOT EVEN REGISTERED.
