I'm sure one of the reasons is that co-owner Pete Bicknell(2008 Mr DIRTcar 358 champion) is just too busy with his business, Bicknell Racing Products! He recently stated that in 2009, he won't be travelling as much because of that! I also heard that the only way the track will be sold is to owners that will keep it a speedway, and not turn it into a seniors complex or something!
