cant be much different out in bishop falls there is lots of paved cars 58 is one of them and 43 they used their same car only different tires

Tires are only $35.00 each for the lms cars on pavement(used). Usually 10 last the summer, based on 8 races. Only cost on the cars is up front plus your maintence. Unless you get into a wreck, which can happen on dirt or pavement!

look at all the wrecks on the dirt and compare to pavemnet dirt racing is more of a oval demo derby. Dont get me wrong i love it

both pavement and dirt have there advantages and disadvantages but it would be an awful shame to lose the last dirt track operating in newfoundland.

rumour they r opening a paved track just a couple of mins.up the tch from the avondale access road but it wont be ready for his year.maybe a couple years down the road.

Reider its not a rumor, there will be a new asphalt track on the avalon in the next year or two.

heard it was going in the old story book village across the street fom gushues pond park on the TCH.some of the names i heard as owners are very succesful businessmen with deep pockets.lets hope it dont fall through at its a great success.

if they pave AVS any chance they could make the track bigger.is there enough room if you shorten up the pits and extend in turns 1 and 2?could be costly but it looks like it could possibly be done.question for the people who would know more about that kind of stuff then me.
