GATORZ/OUTLAWZ

THE BOWLING BALL JOSE “MAD DOG” RAMOS GETS 10 MILLION RUSHING YARDS AGAIN AS DEFENDERS TO CONTINUE TO BOUNCE OFF OF HIM. BUT THE GATORZ FINALLY GET THE BALL IN THE AIR THROWING FOR 4 TD’S TO ROB HERNANDEZ (2) AND COREY COCKFIELD (2)

STARRS/ RED DOGS

BLOW OUT CITY AS THE LEAGUES #1 DEFENSE INTERCEPTS THE BALL 4 TIMES AGAINST THE DOGS. TENIUS MCLUSTER GETS 2 SACKS 2 FLAGS, 1 INT AND A TD FOR THE STARRS

OILERS/ EAGLES

OILERS DESTROY THE HARTFORD EAGLES 30-14. MARK MOORE THROWS FOR 4TDS, 3 OF THEM TO LORENZO “ZO” GILLIAM WHO ALSO CAUGHT FOR 80 YARDS.

YOUNG GUNZ/HIT SQUAD

A REAL PHYSICAL BATTLE TOOK PLACE HERE…VERY PHYSICAL!!! HIT SQUAD TOOK THE LEAD INTO HALF TIME AND LOSS ALL MOMENTUM AND LOSE 22 -6. HIT SQUAD NEEDS TO OPEN UP THERE FORMATONS MORE AS TEY ARE TOO TIGHT FOR FLAG FOOTBALL... THERS ONLY 9 PEOPLE ON THE FIELD MORE SPACE... THIS ISNT TACKLE!

RAZORBACKS/PANTHERS

THE HFFLS MOST BELOVED TEAM THE RAZORBACKS BEAT THE EAST HARTFORD PANTHERS… THE HFFL WAS NERVOUS ABOUT THE RAZORBACKS AFTER BEGINNING THE SEASON WITH THE BEATING OF A LIFETIME AND NOW ARE 3-3 AND ALMOST A SURE PICK FOR THE PLAYOFFS THE HFFL IS VERY PROUD OF THEIR TURN AROUND. THE PANTHERS STRUGGLE AGAIN WITHOUT THEIR STARTING QB

MASS. RAVENS/JAGUARS

RAVENS STAY UNDEFEATED AND TONIO ORTIZ KEEPS ON SCRAMBLING…THEY NEED TO FIND MORE OFFENSIVE WEAPONS TO GET MORE STATS IN THE W COLUMN. JAGUARS STATS ARE UNDER REVIEW

SAINTS /N.E. RAVENS

SAINTS BEAT UP ON THE NEWLY FORMED NORTH END RAVENS LEAD BY SUPREME… IM SURE THE RAVENS WILL GET IT TOGETHER TO MAKE A PLAYOFF RUN BUT THE AGAIN THEY HAVE A TOUGH SCHEDULE AHEAD

KNIGHTS/ STEELERS

OH NO… THE STEELERS FALL AGAIN… AND THE ROCKS ARE STARTING TO BE THROWN AT THE THRONE!!!! A LOW SCORING AFFAIR… MIKE CALIVITO SEEMS TO BE THE SCAPEGOAT WITH THE MUMBLES ON THE SIDELINE… THEY SAY THR ROCKET SHOULD BE THE QB….SO MUCH TALENT SO LITTLE POINTS…. IS MR. CALIVITO GOING TO LOSE HIS JOB…? KNIGHTS GREAT WIN... STEELERS STEP YOUR GAME UP!!

M. FALCONS/ FEARNUN

IN THE UPSET OF THE YEAR I BELIEVE THE MANCHESTER FALCONS TAKE DOWN FEARNUN. A GAME IN WHICH NO ONE IN THE LEAGUE THOUGHT THE FALCONS WOULD WIN… INCLUDING THE FALCONS!!!!... FALCONS SHOULD BE VERY HAPPY WITH A QUALITY WIN AND TEAMS BETTER WATCH OUT FOR THEM… FEARNUN GOT SHOCKED AND AWED!!!!

BULL DOGS/ FALCONS

BULL DOGS WIN NEW BRITAIN FALCONS LOSE….. THE END…

WARRIORS/STEALTH

WARRIORS COME AGAIN WITH THEIR SUPER FAST OFFENSE LED BY JOSH WITHEE AND NICK C. NICK C. CAUGHT 3 TDS ON 3 CATCHES FOR 105 YARDS. STEALTH WIN TIME OF POSSESSION BUT LOSE WHERE IT COUNTS… GET A TRUE QB AND THEY WILL BE A COMPETITIVE TEAM

BULLDOGS VIKINGS

VIKINGS LOSE 2 IN A ROW TO THE SIZZLING BULLDOGS, NOW WITH THEIR NEW QB ANDREW GONZALEZ. THE STATS FROM THIS GAME ARE STILL UNDER REVIEW. VIKINGS NEED TO REBOUND OR THEY CAN FIND THEMSELVES OUT OF THE PLAYOFF HUNT

first of all the Stars dont have the #1 defense in the league, if statistically they are #1 then that means they are really #5, because i dont know what football league you guys are watching, but in this football league the steelers, knights, bulldogs, and young gunz all have better defenses than the stars. and there may be more.

the stars defense is not the bench-mark for the hffl you can bet your bottom dollar on that.

Last time i checked, the best Defense in the league was the team who allowed the least amount of points.

We have 4 shut outs this year, and each of those teams that we have shutout, has played against one of your so called "best defensive" teams, and each of the teams we have shutout, has scored on those other teams.

Maybe we actually play hard against the lower end teams in the league, and those apparent good defenses don't care about shutouts.

HAHA. Yea weve been down this road, "we havent played anybody good" or "our schedule is light". I don't care what anybody says, no matter who you play if you record 4 shutouts, and have allowed a measly 12 points in 5 weeks back to back, with 2 players earning Def POW awards in that span, you got a hell of a D. Bring on the hate tho don't mind, seen it and heard it already all year long.

voice what is your logic on that??? im not undrstanding... #1 defenses give up the fewest points in every sport... starrs have given up the fewest... oh yeah the schedule right ??? lmao...great defenses should top any schedule! steelers are not such a great d... great d line only... secondary... suspect... i speak the truth with my name lol... and i may add they also got a shut out by forfeit to the falcons.... should i allow that to also prove they are the number 1 defense???

hey listen, the stars do have a hell of a defense, they are #5 in a league of over 20 teams thats good. but lets get real- if they played the so called "best teams" they wouldnt shut them out, they wouldnt win, and they would statistically be on top, in fact if they played all 4 of those teams this season they would have 4 more loses -4 win and be considered a bottom tear team.

so if im the stars im laughing at the league behind closed doors and thanking god for thier position and schedule-

no hate here im just calling it what it is buddy! im a anylist of the league, im all about the league not any indivisual team

omg it never ends..... maybe we should go back to an 8 team league where the teams play each other over and over again,... so the "top" teams can be at the top of all the stats where they are "supposed" to be lmao.... oh hows this ???ill put all the top teams in 1 division since their so great???? ...oh wait.....hows that workin out for the vikes and steelers lmfao.... youve been molded into thinking teams dont improve or degrade over a season... because there has been less teams around... which explains you top teams national tournament record...lmao.. oh u thought i didnt know..lol more teams, breed more
competition!

plus youve been playing schedules where the top records make the playoffs which have no rhyme or reason to it... now your play is based upon playing common results and oponents and so yes the starrs have the best d so far point blank!

I understand you werent calling us out so to speak. But just saying what everyone says about us, that we have the light schedule and frankly we are just tired of hearin that. We beat those teams 117 to ZERO. I mean what more can we do in those games but dismantle those teams which we clearly did. There wasnt one close game, and allowed 0 points. We arent laughing behind closed doors, we are playing who is on our schedule and picking off every team weve played. i just dont understand what more we can do.

i know what you have to do spence... make the games closer so you can be in your rightful place that your supposd to be.... because if you blow them out its too east and from now on... no one say any team is the best at anything if you are not even the best in your division... so yes the knights can shut me down lol

if the stars are a representation of the hffls best defense then this league is weak point blank.

unless the stars play all b-level teams in the playoffs, cuz the c-level teams they're playing now wont be there, they wont even make it to the semi's with that "hffl proclaimed #1 defense"

i will say this- in the hffl the stars have the #1 defense, but in the real world- lets not kid ourselves

fyi- the steelers lost to the knights and young gunz, and the vikings i told you at the begining of the season how good they are "over rated"

if the starrs d make the league weak giving up the fewest points... what does thsat say about the top teams???lmao

by the way.. steelers gave up 15 and 9 to guns and knights.... hmmmmmm???? where did all those other points come from.... im guessing the c teams.... lmfao... knights do have a top defense... and gunz are doin ok.... but the majority of points scored on gunz and steelers came from "c" teams...hhahahahahhahahhahahhahahaa...facts!

Cash, C'mon man. Are you serious about the best "D" in the league being the STARRS. The points we let up were against C level team's,true to a point. Other than the Oilers we only give up points in the first drive, because we come out flat. Add the point's up against the top teams, and it ='s STINGY. If not us its the Knights, or the Bulldogs that have the best "D" in the league period.

Sosa, I think yall D is nice too. No disrespect to Knights, Steelers or Gunz I think all your Ds is real strong. We r just sayin we gotta be in the discussion, 4 shutouts, least amount of points allowed. Top 3 in total sacks, number 2 in total Interceptions. DB leading league in INTs, Only quality opponents are Vikes and Oilers yes, but 4 shutouts vs. anybody in 6 weeks is impressive. Cash was going strictly on points, weve allowed the least, currently we are #1 D.

IM CURIOUS... HOW DO YOU RANK THE DEFENSE??? DOES POINTS MATTER...

MAYBE THEY ARE NOT THE BEST DEFENSE IN THE PAST... OR MAYBE THEY WONT BE THE BEST DEFENSE IN THE FUTURE... BUT RIGHT NOW THEY ARE THE BEST DEFENSE THERE IS NO DEBATE... THATS WHAT THE NUMNBERS SAY... NO ONE TELLS THE BALTIMORE RAVENS, CC. SABTHIA, BOSTON CELTICS YOUR D IS ONLY GOOD BECAUSE OF WHO YOU PLAYED... LETS GET SERIOUS.

OUT OF CURIOSITY IS THE OILERS DEFENSE BETTER???

Whats the big issue. many defenses are strong.
the STARRS have given up the fewest amount of points.
Statistically as of 5-20-2010 that is the best defense in the HFFL...
why even argue that... do i believe our (not ARE..lol) defense is better HELL YEAH, but we gave up more points and thats that.
GREAT JOB STARRS....
let them dudes live DDZZZAAAMMMM.

But Chief will be D.P.O.W. this week.

REALLY, ita all about points huh. What ever happened to strength of scheduele. Thats the #1 way to figure out Rankings, whether its power rankings, best DEFFENSE, or OFFENSE. Correct me if im wrong, but isnt that the way the NCAA format for the BCS, Collage World Series, NCAA Basketball Tounry, shit in there sports Championships's. The pro's have the same format as well Mr. Cash. Your logic makes no sense. Spence not saying what u guys have done in the last 4 games is'nt impressive, its just not impressive enough to give u guys that distinction just based on those 4 shut out's.....

We have an ok defense right now, I wouldn't say we have the best though cuz we gave up 20 points to the Bulldogs and didn't score. Also to the Starrs: I'm not disrespecting u guys cuz I actually like ur team but 4 shutouts don't mean too much if u don't finish with the CHIP. I only say this because WE (THE OILERS) pitched 7 shutouts in 11 games last season and it meant nothing cuz we lost to the Whalers (now the Gatorz) in the semi-finals last season. Once again I'm not taking anything away from yall, keep doin what yall doin.

i mean, not to knock the starrs, hell of a team, but other then the oilers and vikings, wheres your competition??? no wonder you got the shutouts. No physical teams on that schedule other then the oilers and vikings, like i said. i understand that the other "top teams" have been scored on by those teams that you defeated, but thats them, not the enfield starrs. the matchups are different, the level of competitiveness are different. jus sayin. much love to the enfield starrs though, great team

yes statistically the stars have the best d but we are just arguing that it is not impressive. Pats shut out chiefs rams and seahawks first three games no one would be too impressed. Starrs are in for a rude awakening when they play a top team. till then the argument will continue.

Cash, read my post again. Just an idea of how the best "D" in the league should really be evaluted. Look At the Knights schedule, then put in in terms of STRENGTH of schedule. Its your system, why are they number look at who they have beaten only 6 weeks into the season, and the points against. Statistic's say they are, only if you base it strictly on points.....

Bulldogs "D" is Ballin against Top Teams that thought the Bulldogs were going to be a push over due to there QB situation, and that they are such a Humble Team, I wont put up our "D" just, because i dont feel like drinking Haterade today. STARRS keep ballin, its no disrespect to you boys, just food for thought Cash.....
