| 1.TEAMS WILL HAVE 30 PLAYER LIMITS ON THERE ROSTER
2. STARTING THIS SUNDAY,PLAYERS WILL HAVE TO SIGN THERE NAME AND NUMBER IN THEIR TEAMS ROSTER BOOK. AT THAT POINT THE ROSTER WILL LOCK.
3.30 NAMES AND #'S WILL BE ALLOWED IN THE ROSTER BOOK, THE NAMES IN THE ROSTER BOOK WILL HAVE TO BE SIGNED BY EACH PLAYER. THE SIGNATURES, (NOT PRINTED NAMES) WILL BE REQUIRED TO BE SIGNED BY THE START OF WEEK 5.
4. WHATEVER PLAYERS ARE NOT SIGNED IN BY WEEK 5 WILL BE DELETED FROM THE ROSTER. EXAMPLE IF 30 NAMES ARE ON ROSTER BUT YOU HAVE 13 PLAYER SIGNATURES. YOUR ROSTER WILL NOW BE 13 FOR THE REST OF THE SEASON.
5. IF ANY PLAYER PLAYING ON A TEAM WITHOUT BEING ON THE ROSTER WILL CAUSE THE TEAM TO FORFEIT.
THIS PROCEDURE WAS VOTED ON BY TEAM CAPTAINS TO ENFORCE TEAMS THAT GET NEW PLAYERS, PLAY ON TWO TEAMS, AND TEAM "STACKING"....WITH ALL THE ROSTER ISSUES I ADVISE TEAMS AN PLAYERS TO PAY ATTENTION TO THIS CLOSELY!
*** NOTE THE SIGNATURE WILL BE USED TO IDENTIFY QUESTIONABLE PLAYERS... IF THE PLAYERS SIGNATURE DOES NOT MATCH WHEN A PROTEST IS MADE. THE TEAM WILL WIN THE PROTEST. SO IT WOULD NOT BE WISE TO SIGN FOR PLAYERS WHO ARE NOT THERE

| Roster limits really doesn't matter because if you notice at the most each team be having 20 players on their sideline and if they are over the roster limit 9 times players are going to wanna quit that team so concerned player and I think I know what team you play for.. Let those teams with over the limit rosters deal with that I'm pretty sure they don't need help from you

| For you to make the argument that only 9 can play so who cares if you have 50 on your roster is idiotic. There are roster limits in every sport for a reason. 1. so you cant have and endless list of players that will always replenish spots due to injury, illness, etc. 2. It allows the league to function. why? you ask because the player sitting on you roster can be playing elsewhere, creating more teams. get the drift i can sit here all day. But in the end it is Flag Football and if someone wants to sit on the side line wearing a jersey for a team that they are not ever going to play for, well then thats their decision. the Bigger issue here is that Cash cant say "that all rules will be strictly enforced..." then let teams slide. Were all Grown men here, well some of us.
